You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive experience for every customer.\nThis is a retail position with a clinical focus. Many of our team members come from healthcare backgrounds such as care aides, nurses and rehabilitation professionals, but previous medical experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our products, equipment and fittings, including compression fitting certification.\nMost importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.\nWhat Makes This Role Different?\nPart-time position\nRegular 9:00 AM-5:00 PM shifts\nNo required overtime\nNo commission or high-pressure sales targets\nA healthcare-focused role without the Responsibilities\nWelcome customers in a friendly, professional and compassionate manner\nListen carefully to customers and help determine what products or solutions best meet their needs\nProvide knowledgeable, personalized service in a retail environment\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers, healthcare professionals and teammates\nLearn and stay current on rehabilitation, mobility and home healthcare products\nAssist with product fittings and provide guidance on the appropriate use of equipment\nWork collaboratively as part of a team while also being comfortable taking initiative independently\nMaintain an enthusiastic, friendly and professional approach throughout the customer experience\nHelp maintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail
