As the demand for cloud ERP services increases, you will play a critical role in the execution of projects in a variety of industries.\nThis is a full-time (Monday - Friday), permanent position. Ideally, we are looking for someone in the Calgary area that could work a hybrid schedule from their home office and the company office. Candidates from other locations may be considered.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nUtilizing industry best-practices to design, code, and test Business Central (BC) enhancements (extensions), integrations, and custom reports;\nAutomating processes within BC and related applications;\nCreating and maintaining clear and concise technical documentation, including code comments, system architecture diagrams, and user guides;\nDiagnosing and resolving software defects and issues, while providing timely support to end-users;\nScoping projects and creating estimates for client software enhancements;\nMaintaining, updating, and testing existing application solutions;\nLearning unfamiliar features and functionality in BC;\nEducating colleagues and clients on BC capabilities;\nLogging your time, documenting your activities, and;\nHelping to develop internal processes and tools to improve support and solution delivery.\nExperience in or understanding of the following areas is considered an asset:\nKnowledge of the Microsoft Business Central environment;\nDevelopment experience in AL and/or C/AL languages for Dynamics BC/NAV;\nExperience with Power Automate and Power Platform;\nSystem integrations, and/or cloud technologies;\nMicrosoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV;\nAzure DevOps, Azure Functions;\nREST and ODATA APIs, Postman;\nMicrosoft SQL Server object development; and\nFamiliarity with SQL Server Report Builder.\nOther key skills:\nExcellent time management, communication, problem solving, and creative thinking;\nStrong aptitude to learn and apply new technologies; and\nHighly motivated self-starter.\nBenefits:\nSix flex days annually starting after one year of employment;\nA one-week sabbatical every two years starting in the third year of employment.
