Supported by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, Inspiren helps teams make informed clinical and operational decisions that improve efficiency, outcomes, and quality of care.\nYou’ll join a growing global team united by a shared mission, with a new NYC office designed to strengthen collaboration and in-person connection.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Senior Implementation Manager you will be responsible for leading multiple product implementations across the country, with a focus on strategic accounts, ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience with the installation/use of our products within their facilities. The senior implementation manager will be responsible for driving hardware and software delivery, hitting project milestones, executing training, and successfully transitioning the customers and the site to a clinical success manager.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProject Management: Develop and implement the project plans to ensure sites are completed on-time, on-cost, with highest customer satisfaction, as well as other key KPIs, partnering with operations, product support, and other key contractors.\n\nDeployment Execution: Own the entire project lifecycle, from sales handoff, initial scoping and planning, through implementation, training, to post-implementation support.\n\nCustomer Engagement: Manage the operational/tactical relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for implementation engagements. Lead implementations for strategic accounts.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Go-to-Market to understand customer needs and ensure solutions are tailored to meet these needs, collaborating with other key functions.\n\nProcess Optimization: Drive necessary improvements within the end-to-end implementations process, leverage lean tools such as value-stream mapping, etc.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field\n\nA minimum of 8 years’ experience in an implementations, project management, or professional services role, including experience supporting strategic or enterprise accounts.\n\nProven experience in managing the implementation of hardware and software solutions, ideally within the health-tech or high-tech sector.\n\nExcellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. PMP certification is strongly preferred.\n\nKnow-how of lean tools/methodologies.\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\n\nAbility to travel up to 80%, on short notice, and as needed for customer engagements.\n\nWhat You’ll Get\nAt Inspiren, you’ll help reshape how older adults live and age with greater safety, connection, and dignity.
