process.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSupporting brokers with residential, buy-to-let, bridging and commercial finance applications.\nSpeaking with clients, solicitors, lenders and surveyors.\nRequesting and checking documentation.\nPackaging applications for submission.\nMonitoring cases from enquiry through to completion.\nUpdating our CRM and lender systems.\nChasing outstanding information to keep cases progressing.\nProviding regular updates to clients and introducers.\nHelping deliver the exceptional customer service Capital B is known for.\nLearning lender criteria and understanding specialist finance products.\nAs an apprentice you’ll:\ncomplete a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard\nhave regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace\nlearn and train for a specific job\nget paid and receive holiday leave\nget hands-on experience in a real job\nstudy for 6 hours of your
