Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field\n3+ years of experience in application or production support\nBasic understanding of programming concepts\nExperience with Python and Java\nAbility to read and understand existing code and make small changes\n Database experience (any database), including basic querying or data updates\nExperience working with ticketing systems\nStrong communication skills with customers\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day application support and customer-reported issues\nOwn support tickets from intake to resolution\nInvestigate issues by reviewing application behavior, code, and data\nIdentify required database or application changes to resolve requests\nWrite and execute small code updates or scripts\nCommunicate clearly with customers on issue status and resolution\nDocument resolutions and maintain run tickets\nIdentify repeat issues and help drive basic automation\nNice to Have\nAWS experience is a plus, but not required\nW2, direct hires only.
