This role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define data & reporting requirements, document data architecture & system mapping, and ensure accurate and reliable data flows across platforms.\nThe ADP Business Analyst will help translate business needs into clear technical requirements that support scalable and secure data solutions using platforms such as Databricks, PowerBI, and Salesforce. This role ensures data and reporting plans and roadmaps align with business priorities, enterprise architecture standards, and platform best practices.\nWhat You'll Do\nGather and document requirements for integration between Databricks and other enterprise systems (Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.)\nFacilitate discovery sessions with business and technical teams to understand business processes, system interactions, data exchange needs, and reporting requirements.\nTranslate business objectives into measurable reporting requirements, KPIs, and data definitions.\nDefine data flows, transformation logic, field mappings, and reporting requirements\nDocument integration requirements including API specifications, pipeline requirements, and data mappings\nCollaborate with architects and engineers to design integration solutions using various technologies including Salesforce APIs, Azure API Management (APIM), REST and event-based integrations\nAssist in defining integration and data-flow patterns\nEnsure integrations align with enterprise security, governance, and data management standards\nDocument enterprise data structures, including key tables and relationships, data lineage, pipelines, jobs, business definitions, and reporting assets.\nPartner with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to support backlog refinement and prioritization for data initiatives.\nWrite clear user stories and acceptance criteria defining data mappings and table/job/report requirements\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.\nDocumentation & Governance\nSupport change management by communicating key releases to stakeholders and leadership\nWhat You'll Need\nExperience working as a Business Analyst supporting a technical or data engineering team\nStrong understanding of data architecture, storage, movement, and transformation concepts\nExperience documenting business and technical requirements, system interactions, data lineage, and process flows\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams\nExperience documenting business process flows using tools such as Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming platforms.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies\nExperience querying and analyzing data using SQL, SOQL, R, or similar technologies.\nFamiliarity with databases and/or data lakes (eg- Databricks) and data governance principles\nFamiliarity with Data Visualization concepts and/or experience with Tableau or PowerBI\nFamiliarity with Salesforce solutions and/or data mapping across platforms\nWhy Join INSPYR Global Solutions (IGS)\nBecome part of a diverse and multicultural workplace where you'll collaborate with talented professionals from around the world, build meaningful connections, and grow your career in a supportive environment.
