The BSA serves as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, providing functional expertise, solution analysis, process improvement recommendations, and day-to-day operational support to ensure enterprise systems effectively enable business objectives.\nThe BSA works closely with business users, the Manager Enterprise Systems, Digital Business Partners, technical teams, and third-party service providers to deliver stable, efficient, and scalable technology solutions. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, coordinating solution delivery, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the successful adoption of new capabilities.\nIn addition to operational support responsibilities, the BSA contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and process standardization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.\nDomain Responsibility Summary\nAn HRIT Specialist is a technology-driven, process-oriented, and collaborative professional responsible for the development, configuration, implementation, support, and continuous optimization of Workday Integrations and related technologies, with a primary focus on inbound and outbound integrations. This role serves as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, owning the full lifecycle of integration development and deployment, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. The HRIT Specialist ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of Workday data through analysis, rationalization, and data governance activities; proactively identifies opportunities for system optimization, automation, and process improvement; assesses the impact of configuration decisions; collaborates closely with HR, IT product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions; resolves system issues and user inquiries; and plays a key role in HR technology projects, strategic initiatives, and ongoing enhancement efforts to maximize the value and effectiveness of the Workday platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Partnership & Requirements Management\nDevelop a strong understanding of assigned business processes, objectives, and operational challenges.\nServe as a primary point of contact for business users within supported functional areas.\nGather, document, and analyze business requirements for enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nFacilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and solution discussions.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and solution requirements.\nSupport the evaluation and recommendation of technology solutions that address business needs.\nApplication Support & Operational Excellence\nProvide functional support for enterprise applications within the assigned domain.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, process, and data-related issues.\nCoordinate issue resolution with technical teams, AMS providers, and vendors.\nSupport incident, problem, and service request management processes.\nMonitor application performance and identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.\nEnsure business continuity through effective support and knowledge management practices.\nProcess Improvement & Solution Delivery\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization.\nSupport implementation of approved enhancements and system changes.\nParticipate in project activities, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.\nIdentify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.\nSupport adoption of automation, workflow, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop and execute test plans and test scripts.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing activities.\nValidate solution quality and ensure requirements are fully addressed.\nSupport regression testing for application releases and upgrades.\nAssist with defect management and issue resolution.\nData, Reporting & Analytics\nSupport data quality initiatives and process governance activities.\nAssist in development and enhancement of reporting and analytics capabilities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve business insight through data utilization.\nEnsure consistency and integrity of process-related data within supported applications.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nPartner closely with business stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.\nCollaborate with Manager Enterprise Systems to prioritize work and support operational objectives.\nSupport Digital Business Partners in evaluating business capabilities and improvement opportunities.\nWork effectively with project teams, technical resources, AMS providers, and vendors.\nParticipate in governance, planning, and continuous improvement activities.\nQualifications\nWorkday Integrations Certification\nPECI and PICOF Integration Experience, Strong Reporting Knowledge, Workday Studio Experience, Workday Connector Experience, Global Payroll Connector and EIB\nMinimum of 5 years Workday Experience, focus on Integrations\nDemonstrated working knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration\nProficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel (v-lookups, formulas)\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and business processes aligned to the domain area for this position.\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements.\nExperience supporting system enhancements, projects, or technology implementations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nWhy Join INSPYR Global Solutions (IGS)\nBecome part of a diverse and multicultural workplace where you'll collaborate with talented professionals from around the world, build meaningful connections, and grow your career in a supportive environment.
