This is a site-based, hands-on leadership role requiring consistent presence in the field to oversee construction execution from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving field operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance across all phases of construction.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead construction activities directly from the jobsite\nOversee daily construction execution, sequencing, and coordination of all trades\nEnforce site safety standards and promote a zero-incident culture\nProvide direct field leadership to general contractors, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractor teams\nCoordinate with project stakeholders to resolve field issues efficiently\nManage short-interval planning, look-ahead schedules, and overall field schedule execution\nEnsure installation quality aligns with contract documents and performance requirements\nIdentify and proactively mitigate constructability, safety, and schedule risks\nDrive field productivity, manpower planning, and material logistics\nLead daily huddles, coordination meetings, and site walks\nSupport testing, commissioning, and turnover activities in the field\nMaintain accurate reporting on progress, safety, manpower, and risk items\nRequired Qualifications\n15+ years of construction experience with a strong focus on field leadership\nProven experience delivering industrial and mission-critical construction projects\nExtensive background managing active construction sites and subcontractor teams\nStrong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing\nAbility to resolve issues quickly in fast-paced, high-risk environments\nStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills\nExperience with schedule management, documentation, and reporting\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in a Construction Management role\nExperience supporting testing, commissioning, or startup activities\nOSHA 30, CCM, PMP, or similar certifications\nExperience working in live, operational, or constrained construction environments\nExperience leading large, technically complex projects\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nAbility to work full-time on active construction sites\nComfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, weather, and varying site conditions\nAbility to walk job sites, climb ladders, and participate in field inspections as required\nTravel and extended site assignments may be required\nW2, direct hires only.
