You will guide projects through the entire project lifecycle making sure projects align with values and align with the Audio's team priorities. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Experience in Figma is a requirement. The role combines audio pipeline production responsibilities with project management leadership and executive presentation development. Candidates must have the ability to collaborate closely with other team members, product groups, and vendors.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives, both internally and cross-functionally\nCapable of adapting communication to collaborate with teams across a variety of disciplines\nPartner with Sound Designers to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and support ongoing quality control initiatives\nDevelop and produce high quality visual presentations that effectively communicate creative concepts, project updates, and strategic narratives to cross functional partners and leadership\nEstablish and maintain organized asset management systems and naming conventions to ensure creative files are versioned, searchable, and accessible to the broader team\nCreate more efficient pipelines creating and utilizing team-wide AI agents and skills\nFacilitate driving projects to completion, including team-wide system and process initiatives such as training and onboarding programs\nAssist in construction and refinement of production pipeline and processes\nPrepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process documentation, presentations, and other materials\nExecute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of professional experience in creative production in software development\nProven experience leading complex projects from beginning to end\nProficiency in Mac OS, including office tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExperience working / deck-building in Figma\nStrong understanding of various project management workflows\nProactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail\nExperience working in a task system such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.\nAbility to work independently on some projects while supporting others\nExperience in managing standups of small teams (5-10 people)\nProven experience leading complex projects from beginning to end\nExperience visualizing data using Google Sheets, dashboards, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows\nDemonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies\nAbility to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment\nExperience with AR/VR technology or mobile app development\nFamiliarity with audio production and audio production software\nAbility to distill broad concepts into actionable deliverables for AI behaviors and interactions\nMANDATORY\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
