You will also develop production-ready assets and prepare and organize files for delivery to external agency partners.\nWhat You'll Build & Support\nSupport creative teams in a production design capacity, including maintaining brand design libraries, organizing files, and preparing Figma files for agency delivery.\n\nSupport batch image and copy updates, resizing, and design refinements within Figma.\n\nReview Generative AI outputs for visual quality, accuracy, and product fidelity.\n\nPerform detailed manual retouching and image refinement when AI-generated assets do not meet quality standards.\n\nDocument and maintain failure taxonomies and \"golden example\" sets used to tune and regression-test AI workflows and continuously improve GenAI output.\n\nApply both a technical and creative lens to retouching, ensuring accurate product details while incorporating feedback from creative directors.\n\nUse LLMs and AI coding tools to develop accessible workflows that can be used by non-technical creative and production teams.\n\nCreate clear workflow documentation and visual guides using presentation and design tools to onboard additional teams.\n\nProvide input on GenAI production processes to reduce manual retouching requirements and improve the quality of generated assets.\n\nStay current with rapidly evolving Generative AI, automation, and creative technology tools to identify opportunities for workflow and system improvements.\n\nExperience & Skills\n5+ years of professional design experience, including hands-on experience with Figma and established design systems.\n\nExpert-level product compositing and retouching, including:\nPerspective matching\n\nContact shadows\n\nReflections\n\nRelighting\n\nColor integration\n\nPhotorealistic cleanup\n\nExperience integrating AI-powered processes into design workflows, including Figma agents and/or LLM-based tools and integrations.\n\nStrong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and experience using creative tools to build efficient, scalable production workflows.\n\nStrong understanding of production file hygiene, naming conventions, version control, Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows, and delivery specifications.\n\nExperience reviewing and refining AI-generated photography, video, product renders, or other visual assets.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working with consumer electronics or hardware product imagery.\n\nFair Chance Hiring\nPursuant to applicable California and local Fair Chance laws and ordinances, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
