This person will step into an active program and take ownership of critical product, process, and feature enhancement work. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical foundation-potentially coming from data analysis, supply chain analytics, or senior business analysis-and has progressed into product management or product ownership. This person needs to be able to dig into complex processes, work directly with users, identify root causes, and translate problems into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities:\nOwn product initiatives within a supply chain/order management platform.\nWork directly with users to understand processes, identify gaps and pain points, and determine root causes.\nTranslate business and user needs into product features, enhancements, and remediation plans.\nFacilitate workshops and collaborate with business, engineering, data governance, and other stakeholders.\nDetermine whether issues stem from the product, underlying business processes, or data quality/governance and drive the appropriate next steps.\nSupport critical feature enhancements through the product development lifecycle.\nContribute to user workflows and lightweight UI/UX concepts or mockups when needed.\nOperate within an Agile environment and support delivery while identifying potential risks or issues.\nWork with AI-enabled functionality related to order intake and automation.\nQualifications\n5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally operating with manager or senior-manager-level ownership.\nBackground in data analysis, business analysis, supply chain analytics, product management, or product ownership.\nStrong experience with supply chain, order management, order-to-cash, or related processes.\nExperience defining product features and working through the product development lifecycle.\nStrong process analysis, critical thinking, and root-cause analysis skills.\nAbility to work directly with users, ask the right questions, and turn complex or inefficient processes into actionable improvements.\nWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies.\nStrong communication skills and ability to independently take ownership of a complex program.\nPreferred\nExperience with an Order Management System (OMS).\nSAP experience is a plus, but not required.\nExperience with tools such as FullStory or similar product/user analytics platforms.\nExposure to AI-enabled products or workflows.\nExperience contributing to UI/UX concepts or basic mockups.\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more!\nAbout INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
