Master's degree preferred.\nMinimum five (5) years of engineering experience supporting electronics manufacturing, server repair, OEM manufacturing, or high-technology service operations. 2-3 years of AI server experience strongly preferred\nExperience supporting AI servers, GPU platforms, enterprise computing hardware, networking equipment, or data center infrastructure strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering validation, and production readiness activities.\nStrong knowledge of component-level troubleshooting, electronic diagnostics, digital and analog circuit analysis, power systems, firmware, and embedded hardware preferred.\nExperience in developing automated test systems, diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and manufacturing process controls.\nProven expertise in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), statistical process control (SPC), and reliability engineering.\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification preferred.\nStrong understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, PCB layouts, bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, and engineering change management processes.\nExperience managing engineering capital projects, budgets, and resource planning.\nAdvanced analytical, technical writing, and project management skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio);
