experiences.\nResponsibilities\nScope and Impact:\nArchitect and develop cloud-native platform solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes on AWS.\nLead the design and optimization of platform services with a focus on Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures and module federation, ensuring modularity and scalability across distributed systems.\nDrive initiatives to ensure platform resilience and security, particularly in distributed architectures requiring strong CIAM and data protection practices.\nCollaborate with engineering lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of modular, scalable, and secure services from design through deployment.\nImplement security best practices in infrastructure and application layers, including secure API design, data encryption, and identity management through CIAM (AWS Cognito, etc.).\nEnsure platform reliability through automated monitoring, incident response, and self-healing infrastructure while integrating infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.\nLeadership Accountabilities:\nMentor and guide platform engineers in adopting best practices in cloud infrastructure, MFEs, security, and container orchestration.\nFoster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring platform resilience, performance optimization, and security are core aspects of development practices.\nProvide leadership in adopting agile methodologies, enabling teams to improve continuously while delivering secure and scalable digital experiences.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and backend systems.\nNode.js for backend and cloud services.\nProven experience with AWS services, including EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, Cognito, and CloudWatch for building secure, scalable cloud solutions.\nStrong experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in cloud environments.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microservices architecture, MFEs, and module federation to build scalable, distributed platforms.\nExperience in securing distributed platforms with CIAM, authentication/authorization, and data protection best practices.\nKey Skills and Experience:\nAdvanced AWS Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS services,
