The ICT Engineer will work closely with Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and NPI teams to ensure robust and scalable test solutions for high-volume electronics manufacturing.\nKey Responsibilities\nICT Test Development\nDevelop, validate, and release ICT test programs for new and existing server PCBAs.\n\nOptimize ICT test sequences, test limits, cycle time, and structural test coverage.\n\nDesign, develop, validate, and maintain ICT fixtures and interface hardware.\n\nSupport ICT equipment qualification, installation, and production release.\n\nDevelop and maintain test procedures, engineering documentation, and manufacturing instructions.\n\nTroubleshoot ICT hardware, software, fixture, and communication issues.\n\nDesign for Testability (DFT)\nParticipate in schematic and PCB layout DFT reviews.\n\nEvaluate test point accessibility and recommend design improvements.\n\nImprove structural test coverage through DFT optimization.\n\nSupport Boundary Scan / JTAG implementation where applicable.\n\nPartner with hardware design teams to improve product manufacturability and testability.\n\nLiquid-Cooling Test Considerations\nEvaluate test point and probe access constraints associated with cold plates, coolant manifolds, and quick-disconnect fittings.\n\nDefine pre- and post-cold-plate test sequencing strategies to maximize structural test coverage.\n\nCoordinate with Mechanical and Thermal Engineering on fixture design and cold-plate clearance.\n\nSupport fixture modifications required for liquid-cooled PCBAs while maintaining test coverage.\n\nProduction & NPI Support\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering builds, pilot builds, and production ramp.\n\nSupport Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and product revisions.\n\nImprove equipment utilization, uptime, test efficiency, and manufacturing performance.\n\nProvide technical support to manufacturing and engineering teams during production.\n\nSupport production test release and manufacturing readiness activities.\n\nFailure Analysis & Continuous Improvement\nAnalyze ICT yield performance and drive First Pass Yield (FPY) improvement.\n\nPerform root-cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone.\n\nImplement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC).\n\nSupport corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\n\nIdentify and reduce false failures while improving test coverage and production efficiency.\n\nPerform failure analysis and troubleshoot circuit-level test failures.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nICT Program Development\n\nStructural Test Development\n\nDesign for Testability (DFT)\n\nICT Test Fixture Design and Validation\n\nTest Coverage Analysis\n\nBoundary Scan / JTAG\n\nAnalog and Digital Circuit Testing\n\nProduction Test Release\n\nNew Product Introduction (NPI)\n\nYield Improvement\n\nStatistical Process Control (SPC)\n\nFailure Analysis\n\nFMEA\n\nPCB / PCBA Manufacturing\n\nServer PCBAs and Server Motherboards\n\nFlying Probe Testing preferred\n\nLiquid-Cooling / Cold-Plate Test Access experience preferred\n\nPython preferred\n\nSQL preferred\n\nMES experience preferred\n\nRequired Hardware & Software Experience\nKeysight 3070 / Teradyne ICT systems or equivalent\n\nICT test fixtures\n\nBoundary Scan / JTAG controllers\n\nKeysight ICT development software\n\nOscilloscopes\n\nDigital multimeters\n\nLogic analyzers\n\nPower supplies\n\nSignal generators\n\nServer PCBAs\n\nServer motherboards\n\nCold plates, coolant manifolds, and quick-disconnect hardware\n\nPython\n\nSQL\n\nMicrosoft Excel\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.\n\n3+ years of experience developing and supporting ICT solutions in high-volume electronics manufacturing.\n\nExperience with ICT test development, PCBA manufacturing, DFT, and structural test coverage.\n\nExperience with Keysight, Teradyne, SPEA, or comparable ICT platforms.\n\nExperience with Boundary Scan / JTAG.\n\nExperience designing or supporting ICT test fixtures.\n\nExperience supporting NPI, engineering builds, production ramp, and production test release.\n\nExperience with failure analysis, yield improvement, and root-cause analysis.\n\nExperience supporting AI servers, networking, telecommunications, data center, or enterprise computing products is preferred.\n\nExperience with liquid-cooled server PCBAs, cold plates, coolant manifolds, or related hardware is a plus.\n\nWorking knowledge of IPC-A-610 and electronics manufacturing standards is preferred.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nYou will play a key role in developing and sustaining manufacturing test solutions for advanced server hardware.
