This role will work closely with the Materials Manager to establish and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly received, tracked, and stored. Hours will be Monday - Friday, day shift. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nReceive incoming packages and materials, verify contents, and enter data into the inventory system.\nAssist the Materials Manager in populating and maintaining the in-house inventory system, including parts, components, and existing inventory.\nCreate, apply, and maintain barcodes and material identification labels.\nPhysically move, organize, and store materials throughout the facility.\nAdd and remove materials from inventory as items are received, issued, transferred, or consumed.\nMaintain accurate physical and electronic inventory records.\nAssist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.\nSupport general warehouse and materials management activities as needed.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMust-Have Skills: \n2-3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, inventory control, or a similar environment.\nExperience as an inventory specialist or materials/warehouse handler preferred.\nComfortable with data entry and inventory management systems.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently while supporting the Materials Manager and broader team.\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, grasping, climbing, pulling, and stretching.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience helping launch or organize a new warehouse, lab, or facility is a plus.\nAerospace materials management or inventory control is a plus. \nOur benefits package includes: \nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more!\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
