This position is 100% on-site and focuses on provisioning equipment for new hires, managing break-fix and return logistics, and resolving incoming IT service tickets.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on, organized professional who excels at data tracking and proactive communication and is highly motivated by continuous feedback and growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nNew Hire Onboarding & Provisioning\nCoordinate the preparation and shipping of hardware for all new employees.\n\nCommunicate proactively with hiring managers regarding the logistics and status of starting new hires.\n\nCollaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure equipment arrives before the employee's start date.\n\nEnsure hardware shipments are tracked diligently and delivered on time.\n\nTicket & Queue Management\nMonitor and triage incoming ITAM tickets related to asset requests, upgrades, and returns.\n\nCommunicate clearly and consistently with end-users regarding the status of their requests.\n\nAsset Returns & Decommissioning\nManage the logistical coordination of asset returns from various end-users.\n\nProcess the secure disposal and recycling of decommissioned hardware according to company policy.\n\nVendor Relationship Management\nCoordinate with third-party vendors to monitor shipment status, resolve delivery exceptions, and ensure timely communication.\n\nProvide updated shipping information, including address corrections and other required details, to help resolve delays and delivery issues.\n\nData Tracking & Inventory Control\nConduct routine physical and system-based audits to maintain accurate IT asset records.\n\nMaintain and update Smartsheet and other inventory tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and real-time visibility of asset status.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nWork Environment\nAbility to work 100% on-site; no hybrid or remote flexibility.\n\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Smartsheet is strongly preferred, including the ability to design, build, and maintain Smartsheet workflow automations.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools, with the capability to track existing ITAM cases.\n\nExperience\n2-4 years of experience in project coordination, inventory tracking, or logistics, preferably in an IT environment.\n\nTechnical experience is not required.\n\nCommunication Skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills required.\n\nMust be comfortable working with internal and external partners by phone, with professional follow-up through email and Teams as needed.\n\nNote-Taking Skills\nStrong note-taking skills with the ability to learn, retain information, and follow documented processes accurately.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and move boxes of hardware, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals, as needed to conduct physical inventory audits and manage incoming/outgoing shipments.\n\nProfessional Mindset\nCoachable and open to constructive criticism.\n\nProactive communicator who is always willing to ask clarifying questions for continuous improvement.\n\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
