Working under the guidance of experienced Contract Managers and Project Leaders, this role assists in the administration of customer contracts, subcontract agreements, commercial documentation, change orders, claims support, and risk management activities.\nThis position is designed for professionals with a completed university degree and approximately 3+ years of project, commercial, legal, engineering, or contract management experience who are looking to further develop their expertise in project contract management within a global environment.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nSupport the administration of customer contracts, subcontracts, and consortium agreements throughout project execution.\nAssist in identifying contractual risks and opportunities and support the implementation of mitigation actions.\nPrepare and maintain contract management documentation, records, correspondence, and contract databases.\nTrack contractual notifications, deliverables, milestones, and obligations to ensure compliance with project requirements.\nSupport preparation of change orders, variation requests, claims submissions, notices, and commercial correspondence.\nAssist in maintaining project risk registers, event logs, and claims trackers.\nWork closely with Project Managers, Planning, Sourcing, Finance, and Legal teams to support project objectives.\nSupport contract reviews and analysis of customer and supplier contractual requirements.\nAssist with insurance claim administration and vendor recovery activities when required.\nParticipate in customer, supplier, and internal project meetings and prepare meeting records and action trackers.\nSupport project commercial reporting and documentation required for project reviews.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Contract Management function.\nDevelop knowledge of contract law principles, project execution processes, and claims management practices.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in project execution, contract administration, commercial management, procurement, legal support, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to review, interpret, and understand contractual documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.\nWillingness to learn commercial negotiation and claims management practices.\nDesired Characteristics\nExposure to EPC, infrastructure, construction, energy, or industrial projects.\nBasic understanding of commercial and contract law principles.\nKnowledge of project management and risk management concepts.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nDemonstrated initiative and eagerness to develop within the Contract Management career path.\nExperience working in an international business environment is a plus.\nAdditional language skills are advantageous.\nWhy Join INSPYR Global Solutions (IGS)\nBecome part of a diverse and multicultural workplace where you'll collaborate with talented professionals from around the world, build meaningful connections, and grow your career in a supportive environment.
