$115k+ 10% Bonus\nWork Requirements: U.S. Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.\nWe are seeking an experienced Manager of Inventory Control to lead inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory optimization efforts within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.\nThis individual will oversee inventory across raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), finished goods, and service inventory while partnering closely with Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and IT.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills and experience managing complex inventory operations within a manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead inventory control operations across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and service inventory.\nDevelop and maintain inventory accuracy standards, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.\nManage cycle count programs and annual physical inventory processes.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure inventory transactions are accurately maintained within ERP and warehouse systems.\nPartner with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance to maintain inventory integrity and material availability.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.\nDevelop and maintain inventory control policies, procedures, and work instructions.\nLead inventory reconciliations and support month-end and year-end financial close activities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and process standardization.\nSupport new product introductions, engineering change orders (ECOs), and material transitions.\nPartner with IT and business systems teams to improve inventory-related processes and system functionality.\nManage, coach, and develop inventory control team members.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and audit standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.\n5+ years of inventory control experience within a manufacturing environment.\n3+ years of leadership or management experience.\nStrong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, physical inventory, and warehouse operations.\nExperience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analyzing and reporting inventory data.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders throughout the organization.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience within electronics, technology hardware, server, semiconductor, or contract manufacturing environments.\nExperience supporting large-scale or high-volume manufacturing and distribution operations.\nAPICS/ASCM certifications such as CPIM or CSCP.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience with WMS, barcode scanning, and automated inventory tracking technologies.\nThis is a fully onsite leadership position in Georgetown, Texas and is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to manufacturing and warehouse operations while driving measurable improvements in inventory accuracy, efficiency, and controls.\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
