This role works closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, cost competitiveness, quality, and continuity of supply while maintaining compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource and procure indirect materials, equipment, and services to support business operations.\nSolicit and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.\nCreate, issue, and manage purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.\nMonitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, and quality metrics.\nDevelop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Quality teams to support production schedules and business requirements.\nResolve supplier issues related to pricing, shortages, quality concerns, and delivery delays.\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.\nAnalyze procurement data, spending trends, and inventory levels to support strategic sourcing initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical sourcing practices, and contractual obligations.\nMaintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing reports within ERP systems.\nSupport new product introductions by sourcing materials and qualifying suppliers as needed.\nParticipate in supplier evaluations, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\n5 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience negotiating supplier pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.\nStrong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationship management.\nExperience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting electronics, automotive, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries.\nKnowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier performance management.\nExperience with MRP/ERP systems, eProcurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, etc.), and data analysis tools.\nProfessional certification such as CPSM, CPP, or APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.\nExperience with international sourcing and global supply chain operations.\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and office environment.\nFrequent interaction with cross-functional teams and suppliers.\nFast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
