This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality evaluation process that supports our hiring goals and drives the success of our teams.\nPM with 4+ years of program management; strong data & analytical skills, Experience influencing others across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally, Self-directed, detail oriented, and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently, Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU\n-Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines.\n-Collaborate closely with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define and refine review criteria, workflows, and timelines.\n-Coordinate and facilitate candidate review meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and feedback is captured effectively.\n-Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance candidate experience.\n-Track and analyze key metrics related to candidate review throughput, quality, and outcomes; provide regular reports and insights to leadership.\n-Manage communication and follow-up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progression through the review stages.\n-Partner with cross-functional teams to align candidate review processes with broader hiring strategies and organizational goals.\n-Drive adoption of tools and technologies that support candidate review workflows.\n-Identify risks and issues in the review process and proactively develop mitigation plans.\n-Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for candidate review process questions and escalations.\nKEY SUCCESS FACTORS\nBA/BS degree 4+ years of coordination, recruiting, program management or operations experience\nStrategic Thinker\nStrong data analysis and analytical skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships\nExperience influencing others across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally\nExperience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight\nExperience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences\nSelf-directed, detail-oriented problem solver\nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently\nQUALIFICATIONS\n-Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a recruiting, talent acquisition, or technical hiring context.\n-Strong understanding of product and infrastructure engineering roles and hiring pipelines.\n-Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n-Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.\n-Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform process improvements.\n-Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.\n-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n-Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.\nNICE TO HAVES\nKnowledge of project planning methodologies\nKnowledge of CSM and FBR tools\nRecruiting operations experience\nChange management\nKnowledge of recruiting and hiring processes.\nExperience working in a technology company or large-scale engineering organization.\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
