Title: Program Manager III
We are looking for a Program Manager III to drive adoption, change management, and enablement for the rollout of an enterprise event management platform. This role will partner closely with marketing, events, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendor teams to onboard users, support platform migration, improve operational performance, and establish a sustainable support model. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with event management platforms, platform adoption, stakeholder communication, training, and change management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Own the change enablement plan for the event platform rollout, including stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and communication cadence.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for platform users and administrators.
- Lead migration efforts from legacy event platforms to the new platform, including workflow mapping, configuration alignment, and template migration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the platform vendor.
- Track adoption and enablement KPIs such as active users, event volume, time to launch, and support ticket trends.
- Use performance data to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
- Gather, prioritize, and communicate feature requests, business requirements, tradeoffs, risks, and roadblocks.
- Maintain knowledge bases, runbooks, FAQs, and process documentation to support long-term platform adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, change management, enablement, marketing operations, or event operations.
- Hands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms.
- Experience with RainFocus.
- Demonstrated experience leading tool adoption or platform migration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Experience defining and tracking metrics and managing programs focused on operational performance improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cvent or Splash.
- Strong documentation, training, and enablement capabilities.
- Experience developing and delivering user training programs.
- Change management experience.
- Marketing or experiential events experience.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and external technology vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
