This role will partner closely with marketing, events, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendor teams to onboard users, support platform migration, improve operational performance, and establish a sustainable support model. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with event management platforms, platform adoption, stakeholder communication, training, and change management.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nOwn the change enablement plan for the event platform rollout, including stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and communication cadence.\nDevelop and deliver training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for platform users and administrators.\nLead migration efforts from legacy event platforms to the new platform, including workflow mapping, configuration alignment, and template migration.\nServe as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the platform vendor.\nTrack adoption and enablement KPIs such as active users, event volume, time to launch, and support ticket trends.\nUse performance data to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.\nGather, prioritize, and communicate feature requests, business requirements, tradeoffs, risks, and roadblocks.\nMaintain knowledge bases, runbooks, FAQs, and process documentation to support long-term platform adoption.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in program management, change management, enablement, marketing operations, or event operations.\nHands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms.\nExperience with RainFocus.\nDemonstrated experience leading tool adoption or platform migration initiatives across cross-functional teams.\nExperience defining and tracking metrics and managing programs focused on operational performance improvement.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Cvent or Splash.\nStrong documentation, training, and enablement capabilities.\nExperience developing and delivering user training programs.\nChange management experience.\nMarketing or experiential events experience.\nExperience working with senior stakeholders and external technology vendors.\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
