This role will manage day-to-day program execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track key milestones and performance metrics, and develop scalable operational processes.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong program management experience with exposure to advertising measurement, marketing science, incentive programs, analytics, and cross-functional operations.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nManage end-to-end program operations across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, milestones, and issue resolution.\nCoordinate advertiser and agency enrollment, eligibility verification, incentive or credit allocation, qualifying-event tracking, and disbursement processes.\nPartner with cross-functional teams including Marketing Science, Analytics, Data Science, Agency teams, Incentives, Legal, and Compliance.\nEstablish and manage program operating rhythms, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, meeting agendas, action-item tracking, and documentation.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor program performance, adoption, eligibility, and key operational metrics.\nIdentify risks, operational gaps, and potential anti-gaming signals and develop appropriate mitigation plans.\nTranslate analytical and measurement insights into actionable program recommendations.\nDevelop SOPs, workflows, and scalable processes to support future program expansion.\nCommunicate program progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\nDrive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience in program or project management supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.\nExperience with incentive programs, including planning, operations, measurement, eligibility, allocation, or lifecycle management.\nExperience with marketing science, advertising measurement, experimentation, or data-informed decision-making.\nFamiliarity with incrementality-based measurement concepts and methodologies.\nBasic SQL experience and ability to work with data for program tracking and analysis.\nExperience building, maintaining, or using dashboards and reporting tools.\nStrong organizational and operational execution skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready documentation and status reporting.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working within a large-scale technology or digital advertising organization.\nExperience supporting advertiser or agency-facing measurement programs.\nFamiliarity with measurement methodologies such as Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, Partner Lift, or similar experimentation frameworks.\nExperience working closely with Marketing Science, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, or Agency teams.\nExperience managing advertiser incentives, promotional credits, rebates, or similar funding programs.\nExperience identifying fraud, misuse, anti-gaming signals, or compliance-related operational risks.\nStrong dashboarding and reporting experience using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nDemonstrated success creating scalable SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
