$104 / hr\nWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a Performance Marketing team responsible for creating lower-funnel, demand-capture creative assets supporting both integrated marketing campaigns and always-on digital advertising.\nThis role will sit at the intersection of creative, media, marketing, production, and operations, ensuring performance marketing initiatives move efficiently from planning and creative development through production, approval, and launch.\nResponsibilities\nBuild strong partnerships across Integrated Marketing, Media, International Marketing, Product Marketing, internal creative teams, and external agencies.\n\nPartner with Integrated Marketing, Performance Media, and Creative teams to drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising.\n\nServe as a lead point of contact for external agency partners while managing relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with Program Leads to determine how creative projects fit within the broader business portfolio, considering objectives, impact, risks, timelines, and resources.\n\nPrioritize competing needs across multiple teams and projects, providing clear reasoning and viable solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve systems, tools, processes, and standards supporting creative production.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful communication and delivery of multiple performance marketing launches, often simultaneously.\n\nManage inbound and outbound project workflows, program and production budgets, approvals, strategic sourcing and procurement requirements, and the development of high-quality creative assets under tight deadlines.\n\nMaintain brand integrity across project deliverables while partnering closely with Design, Legal, Product, and other key stakeholders.\n\nDrive projects toward action and results by anticipating team needs, identifying risks, and proactively removing obstacles.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n8+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency, in-house creative organization, or demonstrably equivalent environment.\n\nStrong experience with cross-functional collaboration, organizational design, and systems planning.\n\nCreative operations experience involving prioritization, problem-solving, multitasking, stakeholder management, and negotiation.\n\nExperience across the full creative lifecycle, including creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing, delivery, and trafficking.\n\nExperience managing major creative channels and large-scale integrated marketing campaigns.\n\nExperience may include:\nLive-action production\n\nProgrammatic digital advertising\n\nPaid and organic social\n\nInfluencer marketing\n\nCRM\n\nWeb/eCommerce\n\nMedia integration\n\nAnimation\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency, in-house creative organization, or equivalent environment.\n\nExperience across additional creative channels, including large-scale integrated campaigns, print, out-of-home, and experiential marketing.\n\nExperience working within or supporting a large, global technology organization.\n\nExperience operating as a cross-functional program manager within a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.\n\nFair Chance Hiring\nPursuant to applicable California and local Fair Chance laws and ordinances, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
