This role will support cross-functional product initiatives, use data to identify opportunities and risks, and leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflows and operational outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nSupport program execution across multiple products and platforms, including 0-to-1 initiatives and process improvements.\nWrite and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product and operational data.\nBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support real-time decision-making.\nLeverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.\nIdentify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.\nManage multiple workstreams while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders.\nUse data and critical thinking to identify root causes, anticipate roadblocks, and drive solutions.\nCommunicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly to stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications:\n8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or technical product operations.\nAdvanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.\nExperience using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automate processes.\nAdvanced proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and automated workflows.\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams.\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with VS Code or similar development environments.\nExperience with AI-assisted development, vibe coding, low-code/no-code solutions, or AI-generated code.\nExperience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.\nExperience partnering with Engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.\nBackground in quality assurance, triage operations, or AI/ML validation workflows.\nExperience developing and implementing manual or automated testing strategies for products and features.\nExperience working in large-scale technology or product-driven organizations.\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
