This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the implementation of a standardized job monitoring capability across critical business applications and technology platforms.\nThe Project Manager will partner with Technology, Finance, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, Application Support, and external consultants to establish a scalable monitoring framework that enables consistent control execution, evidence retention, alerting, issue remediation, and audit readiness. The role will manage program delivery from strategy and requirements through pilot implementation and enterprise rollout. The initiative supports future regulatory compliance objectives by improving monitoring consistency, auditability, operational resilience, and governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership\nLead the enterprise Job Monitoring Program and associated governance forums.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting.\nCoordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams including application teams, infrastructure, observability, compliance, and audit stakeholders.\nFacilitate steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.\nRegulatory and Compliance Readiness\nDrive planning activities supporting future regulatory monitoring requirements.\nPartner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams to define monitoring control requirements and evidence expectations.\nEnsure monitoring solutions support auditability, documentation, evidence retention, and timely remediation.\nSolution Delivery\nManage requirements gathering and business process assessments.\nCoordinate proof-of-concept and pilot activities for monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace and other enterprise platforms.\nLead application onboarding planning and execution.\nDevelop implementation roadmaps for scaling monitoring capabilities across the application portfolio.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, Finance, and external partners.\nDrive alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and success metrics.\nManage communications and change management activities across multiple stakeholder groups.\nRisk and Issue Management\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.\nDevelop mitigation plans and escalation strategies.\nEnsure program decisions are documented and supported by business rationale and compliance requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.\nExperience\n7+ years of project or program management experience.\nExperience leading enterprise technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.\nExperience managing compliance, governance, risk, audit, or regulatory programs.\nProven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.\nExperience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive progress with a high level of ambiguity.\nTechnical Knowledge\nUnderstanding of enterprise application environments, batch processing, and systems integration.\nFamiliarity with monitoring, observability, or operational support processes.\nStrong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit requirements, and evidence management.\nExperience working with PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and project financials.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification.\nExperience supporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, or audit initiatives.\nExperience with monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar tools.\nBackground in enterprise technology, financial systems, ERP platforms, or infrastructure operations.\nExperience working with automated controls, job scheduling, alerting, and operational monitoring solutions.\nCompetence with Smartsheet and or PowerBi\nSuccess Measures (First 12 Months)\nProgram governance established and operating effectively.\nStandardized job monitoring requirements approved.\nMonitoring pilot successfully implemented and documented.\nInitial wave of critical applications onboarded.\nRegulatory evidence and reporting requirements defined and validated.\nExecutive dashboard established with KPI and compliance reporting.\nSustainable roadmap created for enterprise-scale deployment.\nReduced manual monitoring effort and improved audit readiness.\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
