This role will coordinate closely with external agency vendors and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring deliverables stay on track from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nServe as the primary point of coordination between external agency vendors and internal teams.\nBuild and maintain workback schedules, project timelines, trackers, and documentation across multiple concurrent workstreams.\nManage day-to-day project logistics, review cycles, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.\nTrack project status, dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating issues proactively when needed.\nEnsure deliverables are completed on time, to specification, and at a high quality standard.\nMaintain organized documentation and clear single sources of truth for active projects.\nFacilitate timely communication and alignment across marketing, creative, developer, and agency teams.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5-8 years of project or program management experience.\nExperience coordinating with and managing external agency vendors.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent launches, competing deadlines, and changing priorities.\nStrong experience building workback schedules, trackers, and managing project timelines.\nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace or similar platforms.\nStrong meeting facilitation and written status-reporting skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, follow-through, and accountability.\nExperience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and developer teams.\nAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with developer or technical marketing content.\nExperience with budget tracking, SOWs, vendor management, and purchase orders.\nExperience partnering with localization or international teams on multi-market launches.\nExperience using AI tools to improve project management workflows, tracking, or reporting.\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
