This position partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter is expected to be data-driven and metrics-oriented, consistently tracking outcomes, evaluating recruiting effectiveness, and aligning performance to established KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and diversity benchmarks).\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nManages the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.\nDevelops proactive and creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and community partnerships.\nPartners with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and interview strategies.\nGuides hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection.\nEnsures a professional and mission-aligned candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.\nMaintains accurate and timely candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nTracks, analyzes, and reports on recruiting metrics, including:Time-to-fill and time-to-hire.\nSource effectiveness (job boards, referrals, agencies, etc.).\nCandidate pipeline health (applications, interviews, offers)\nUses data insights to adjust sourcing strategies, improve efficiency, and recommend process improvements.\n\nEnsures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.\nRepresents client at job fairs, community events, and other recruitment outreach opportunities.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nNote: This list of essential functions is not exhaustive.
