relevant PhD research experience may count toward this requirement.\nDemonstrated domain expertise in hearing science and psychoacoustics.\nHands-on experience with hearing-aid or hearing-assistive signal processing, including areas such as amplification, compression, noise reduction, directionality, or feedback management.\nExperience with hearing-aid or hearing-assistive fitting approaches.\nExperience designing, conducting, and analyzing human-subject listening studies.\nTechnical proficiency sufficient to independently prototype algorithms and experimental tools.\nExperience using technical computing or programming environments such as MATLAB and/or Python.\nProven ability to independently set research direction and execute studies with minimal supervision.\nStrong experimental design, data analysis, documentation, and technical communication skills.\nAbility and willingness to work onsite in Redmond, WA.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with speech-in-noise measurement and speech intelligibility enhancement.\nExperience with wearable or head-worn audio devices.\nExperience with microphone arrays, beamforming, or spatial audio processing.\nStrong prototyping experience using MATLAB and/or Python.\nTrack record of publications in hearing science, audiology, psychoacoustics, acoustics, or audio signal processing.\nExperience working with cross-functional hardware and software engineering teams in a product research environment.\nExperience conducting applied research at the intersection of psychoacoustics, signal processing, and consumer audio or wearable technologies.\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
