May have a focus on one or more particular types of risk such as financial, or operational, risk and may provide advice to management based on this knowledge base. Typically requires an individual a professional qualification in one or more areas of risk management or its equivalent. Growing an understanding of business needs and objectives. Solve a range of mostly straightforward problems with some increased scope and complexity. Developing professional with basic skill set and proficiency with procedures and techniques.\nResponsibilities:\nPlan the research for and development of specialized risk assessment scopes\nCollaborate with management and personnel to optimize risk assessment scope development\nIdentify potential business risks, operational and regulatory process deficiencies and improvement opportunities\nGather and synthesize data; present conclusions and offer risk mitigation, remediation and process improvement solutions to management\nLead/conduct and provide expertise with the administration of specialized risk assessment and testing lifecycles of business activities, processes, policies and procedures for operational effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements, federal and state laws, and quality control standards, policies and procedures\nQualifications:\nBasic understanding of business and operating environment\nKnowledge and understanding of risk-based auditing techniques and methodologies\nKnowledge of applicable federal and state regulations, company policies, and industry best practices\nExperience with project management skills\nKnowledge of operational and regulatory risk controls concepts and practices\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, or related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience\nDesired Qualifications:\nMaster’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience\n**Please note: Interviews will be conducted on-site in person.\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more!\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
