This role is critical to maintaining and optimizing multi-platform database infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments. The position is designed to evolve into a technical leadership and data strategy role, offering long-term growth and impact.\nResponsibilities:\nDatabase Performance TroubleshootingManage and optimize databases across platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.\nMonitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve availability and performance bottlenecks.\nUtilize advanced techniques to optimize SQL queries, including index tuning, query plan analysis, and performance troubleshooting.\nLead performance tuning, right sizing, and proactive troubleshooting.\nFramework Development: Develop frameworks and tools to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize SQL Server and Oracle queries.\nLeverage in-depth knowledge of Database Engines to analyze, optimize, and enhance Database Server workloads to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.\n\nCollaborationCollaborate with multiple teams to implement and standardize the best practices for performance enhancement.\nCollaborate with global application owners and development teams to resolve performance bottlenecks\n\nCapacity ManagementEvaluate the database environment, report on infrastructure consumption, and provide suggestions for improving the environment and reducing costs.\nDrive cloud cost optimization initiatives and infrastructure efficiency\n\nSecurityEnsure security, compliance, and standardization across all database systems\n\nProvide technical consulting for global projects and cloud-native technology adoption\nOwn and evolve the architecture of cloud databases and storage, including Azure Files.\nMentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.\nSkills & Experience\nExperience: 7+ years in database performance, troubleshooting with deep experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases\nEducation: Bachelor/University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field\nLanguage: Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English. All resumes need to be submitted in English.\nPreferred Certifications: AWS certified Solutions Architect - Associate; Microsoft SQL Server professional Certificate; Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
