This role will support production ML workflows, with a particular focus on classification models, data quality, model performance, and system reliability.\nThe ideal candidate has experience developing and evaluating machine learning models, supporting ML systems in production, and building reliable, maintainable software in a fast-paced engineering environment.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain software solutions supporting production Machine Learning systems.\n\nBuild, evaluate, and support classification models and related ML workflows.\n\nMonitor model and data quality, analyze dataset integrity, and investigate performance regressions.\n\nIdentify system gaps and help prevent invalid or low-quality configurations from reaching production.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code following established engineering standards.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software and ML system issues throughout the development lifecycle.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and reliability.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, data, and other technical teams.\n\nSupport operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, system reliability, and performance improvements.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of professional software engineering experience.\n\nHands-on experience developing and evaluating Machine Learning models, particularly classification models.\n\nExperience building, maintaining, or supporting ML systems in production environments.\n\nProficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, C++, Go, or similar.\n\nExperience building, testing, and maintaining production-quality software.\n\nExperience with standard software development practices and tools, including version control, code reviews, and CI/CD.\n\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting large-scale, data-intensive or Machine Learning-driven products.\n\nExperience with ML model monitoring, data quality, model performance analysis, or regression investigation.\n\nExperience maintaining reliability and quality guardrails across ML pipelines.\n\nPrevious experience working in large-scale technology or consumer-facing product environments.\n\nExperience collaborating across software engineering, Machine Learning, data, and product teams.\n\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
