This role will play a critical part in designing and delivering a customer-facing mobile application that enables businesses to efficiently design, purchase, and manage their roofing projects from end to end.\nThe ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on UX professional with extensive experience designing B2B applications, e-commerce solutions, and responsive web and mobile experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into intuitive, engaging user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business value.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery through implementation for web and mobile applications.\nDesign intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces for a customer-facing mobile application that enables businesses to design, purchase, and manage roofing requirements.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.\nCreate interactive UI mockups, high-fidelity designs, and clickable prototypes using Figma.\nDevelop user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction models for complex B2B and e-commerce experiences.\nConduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and continuously improve the customer experience.\nDesign responsive experiences optimized across mobile devices, tablets, and desktop platforms.\nEnsure all designs align with brand standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and established design systems.\nPartner closely with engineering teams throughout development to ensure design quality, consistency, and successful implementation.\nLeverage customer feedback, usability metrics, analytics, and business insights to iterate and optimize product experiences.\nContribute to and evolve the organization's design system, UI component library, and UX best practices.\nMentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.\nRequired Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise, mobile, web, and e-commerce applications.\nProven experience designing customer-facing mobile applications from concept through delivery.\nExtensive experience designing complex B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or business applications.\nStrong understanding of e-commerce user experiences, including product configuration, purchasing workflows, checkout, and account management.\nExperience designing applications that support business operations, field services, or customer self-service portals.\nStrong understanding of Point of Sale (POS) solutions, transaction workflows, payment experiences, and customer purchasing journeys.\nExpert proficiency in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, Variables, Design Systems, Interactive Prototypes, and Developer Handoff.\nDeep understanding of mobile UX best practices across iOS and Android platforms.\nExperience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.\nStrong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design principles.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.\nExperience working within Agile software development environments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience designing B2B e-commerce applications, ordering platforms, or digital commerce solutions.\nExperience with design systems and scalable component libraries.\nFamiliarity with analytics platforms, A/B testing, and data-driven design methodologies.\nExperience collaborating closely with front-end developers to ensure high-quality implementation.\nBackground designing applications for construction, manufacturing, distribution, home improvement, or similar industries is a plus.\nBachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nOur benefits package includes:\nComprehensive medical benefits\nCompetitive pay\n401(k) retirement plan\n…and much more!\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
