The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously while providing hiring leaders with meaningful insight into talent availability, candidate profiles, and market conditions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead full-cycle recruiting efforts from initial hiring requirements through offer acceptance and onboarding\nDevelop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality active and passive candidates\nConduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to support hiring strategies\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs\nPartner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies\nProvide market and candidate insights to help guide hiring decisions\nManage interviews, assessments, offers, negotiations, and candidate closing\nDeliver a high-touch and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process\nManage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality\nUtilize data and recruiting metrics to monitor progress and support hiring decisions\nManage external recruiting partners when needed\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, hiring effectiveness, and candidate experience\nCollaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition and People teams on strategic initiatives\nRequirements:\n7-10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience\nStrong full-cycle recruiting experience within a complex, fast-paced organization\nExperience in professional services, consulting, executive search, or another knowledge-based environment preferred\nProven ability to independently manage searches from intake through successful hire\nStrong sourcing, research, and talent mapping capabilities\nExperience identifying and engaging passive candidates across multiple markets\nStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skills\nDemonstrated ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders\nStrong understanding of external talent markets and recruitment trends\nExcellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills\nStrong project management and organizational abilities\nExperience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint\nComfortable working independently and navigating changing priorities\nBachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
