This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, drive execution, facilitate planning activities, and provide transparency into portfolio performance and delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will synchronize people, teams, and processes to improve the efficiency, predictability, and quality of product roadmap delivery.\nResponsibilities\nManage and execute key programs and initiatives to ensure commitments are delivered on time, risks are identified early, and roadblocks are proactively addressed.\nPartner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Architects to support planning, prioritization, dependency management, and execution across multiple Agile teams.\nManage delivery governance, portfolio processes, risks, dependencies, communications, resource coordination, and executive reporting across the Financial Data Services portfolio.\nPartner with business stakeholders, Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and enterprise delivery teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.\nFacilitate Agile planning activities including backlog reviews, PI Planning preparation, roadmap reviews, and delivery tracking.\nMaintain portfolio-level visibility into commitments, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery performance.\nSupport Azure DevOps governance, reporting, and process improvements that enable consistent planning and execution across teams.\nCoordinate cross-team initiatives requiring alignment across data engineering, analytics, reporting, platform, and business teams.\nQuickly evaluate and prioritize work based on changing business needs, resource constraints, risks, and deadlines.\nTranslate relevant, actionable information into communications appropriate for audiences ranging from delivery teams to executive leadership.\n• Facilitate project and program meetings, ensuring accountability, visibility, and alignment across stakeholders.\nJob Qualifications\n5+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience supporting technology, data, or analytics organizations.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.\nStrong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks, including portfolio planning, dependency management, and iterative delivery practices.\nProven record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.\nWorking knowledge of data and analytics platforms, cloud technologies, data engineering concepts, or software development lifecycles.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience creating executive-level reporting, portfolio dashboards, and delivery metrics.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nDemonstrated leadership, influence, and facilitation skills in cross-functional team environments.\nSelf-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.\nTravel as needed (less than 25%).\nAbout INSPYR Solutions\nTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
