Technical Account Manager - AdTech
Description:
Summary
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for external advertising clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Graph API, SDK and Ads Manager.
- Investigate advertising measurement, tracking, delivery, auction and ad-server issues.
- Use web technologies, SQL, REST APIs and technical evidence to diagnose problems.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear explanations and actionable recommendations for nontechnical clients.
- Handle technical support escalations, recommend implementation best practices and coordinate solutions with internal partners.
