$83/hr\nWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.\nAbout the Team\nThis global creative organization is transforming how marketing creative gets made by building a scalable, AI-native creative operating system that combines high-quality creative craft with increased production efficiency.\nThe team is developing accelerated production methods, repeatable creative AI capabilities, and tool integrations designed to help creative teams produce high-quality content at scale across multiple brands, platforms, and digital experiences.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a Technical Motion Graphics Designer to lead the technical transformation of traditional brand motion assets and advertising templates into scalable, automated, and repeatable processes.\nYou will partner with creative and production leads to identify repeatable components of existing creative workflows-including batch editing, creative versioning, personalization, automated UI population, and asset resizing-and design solutions that improve production speed and scalability.\nYour expertise across both traditional motion design and creative coding will help bridge the gap between high-quality creative work and scalable content production systems.\nWhat You'll Work On\nLead the development, refinement, and deployment of technical motion solutions across creative teams.\n\nReview brand motion systems and advertising templates and develop After Effects application scripts that enable automated, scalable creative variations.\n\nIdentify opportunities to adapt or redesign existing creative assets for automated workflows and present proposed solutions to creative leads.\n\nUse LLMs and AI coding tools to build accessible workflows that can be used by non-technical creative and production teams.\n\nDevelop clear documentation and visual guides using presentation and design tools to onboard teams to new workflows.\n\nStay current with rapidly evolving Generative AI, automation, and creative technology tools to continuously improve production workflows.\n\nProactively test and integrate AI-powered capabilities such as generative design, AI-driven animation, and automated asset creation to increase creative output and efficiency.\n\nExperience & Skills\n5-8+ years of motion graphics experience, particularly with video marketing assets and social video content in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.\n\nExperience working within a creative studio, agency, or directly with creative teams.\n\nStrong proficiency in creative coding, including API/MCP integrations and LLM agent orchestration.\n\nExpert knowledge of Adobe After Effects.\n\nStrong understanding of current industry-standard audio/video formats and codecs.\n\nExperience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and digital production workflows, with a strong understanding of how to organize and manage creative content.\n\nHands-on experience with Generative AI creative tools, such as Weavy, LTX Studio, Runway, or similar platforms.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with 3D animation tools, such as Cinema 4D or Blender.\n\nExperience creating custom node-based workflows in ComfyUI.\n\nFair Chance Hiring\nPursuant to applicable California and local Fair Chance laws and ordinances, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
