As our Senior Business Development Manager | Locker Network, you will be a key driver behind our group-wide growth. In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute our network expansion strategy, cultivate high-value B2B partnerships, and equip local market teams with the frameworks, tools, and best practices needed to lead in their respective markets.
About the Role
Your core mission is to build sustainable commercial momentum across all markets. You will bridge high-level strategy with hands-on enablement-ranging from supporting local sales teams in securing contracts with major international retail accounts to establishing scalable "Ways of Working" that empower local sales teams to exceed their goals.
You will be part of the central Group Network team, working closely alongside Country Managers and local Network Managers as a strategic partner, advisor, and enabler.
Key Responsibilities
Group-Level Business Development & Key Accounts: Support markets in building long-term, deep partnerships with major strategic accounts. Develop compelling commercial concepts and value propositions that establish us as a preferred partner.
Strategy & Target Alignment: Translate group-level growth strategies into clear priorities and targets for local teams. Drive engagement, momentum, and shared success across markets through close collaboration with local sales leaders.
Effective "Ways of Working": Identify high-performing local practices and scale them across the group. Build best-in-class commercial toolkits, including pitch decks, value proposition case studies, partner insight, and sales training modules.
Local Team Enablement & Sounding Board: Serve as a trusted advisor to local leadership and sales teams. Help markets structure their commercial setups, navigate complex contract negotiations, and refine sales tactics.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor network developments, and location dynamics. Capture local insights to ensure strategy and resources remain aligned with market realities.
Who You Are
We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong business acumen and a track record of driving sales results. You thrive in international environments, excel at building scalable frameworks from the ground up, and lead naturally through collaboration, trust, and influence rather than top-down authority.
What You Bring:
Demonstrated experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic Key Account Management at a senior level.
Proven ability in driving commercial success through one or several teams.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative leadership style that inspires and aligns cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have (but not required):
Experience acquiring space or negotiating partnerships within retail, real estate, or public/logistics infrastructure.
