You will lead a team of collegagues and ensure that packages for delivery, returns, and locker restocking are processed quickly and accurately. You are the key to keeping the shift organized, safe, and running on time.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead & Motivate: Coach and guide your team of colleagues to hit shift goals.\n\nProcess Management: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all package flows.\n\nProblem Solving: Identify operational roadblocks quickly and collaborate with Managers and Logistics Team Leaders to optimize workflows.\n\nSafety & Performance: Maintain a safe, positive work environment, monitor shift metrics, and give direct feedback.\n\nDriver & Team Support: Partner with drivers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery operations.\n\nAbout You\nBackground in logistics.\n\nProactive, positive, and energizing team leader.\n\nAble to communicate in English (Dutch is a big bonus).\n\nFlexible to work shifts, including evenings and nights.\n\nThrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.\n\nCurrently living in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.\n\nWhat We Offer\nSalary: You start with a fixed base salary of €2,800 gross per month (based on full-time / 40 hours).
