You will manage and improve our cloud infrastructure, servers, deployment tooling, and application security.\n\nResponsibilities: \nProvision, configure, and maintain infrastructure and services on AWS\nManage production and staging servers, including upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity management\nMonitor AWS infrastructure for performance, reliability, availability, and cost\nImplement and maintain AWS security best practices, including IAM, networking, access controls, secrets, and security policies\nIdentify and address infrastructure and application security vulnerabilities\nWork with developers to improve software and web application security\nInvestigate security alerts and infrastructure incidents and implement preventive measures\nMaintain and improve our deployment and server-management automation written in Python/Fabric\nAutomate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks using Python and shell scripting\nManage backups, disaster recovery processes, SSL certificates, DNS, and other production infrastructure\nHelp improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational visibility\n\nRequirements: \n2-5 years of relevant DevOps, cloud infrastructure, SRE, or security experience\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS and commonly used AWS services\nGood understanding of Linux administration and production server management\nGood knowledge of cloud and software security\nExperience with IAM, VPCs, security groups, networking, permissions, and AWS security controls\nGood knowledge of Python and ability to understand and modify existing automation/deployment scripts\nExperience with shell scripting and Linux command-line tooling\nUnderstanding of web application security, vulnerability management, authentication, encryption, and secure infrastructure practices\nAbility to troubleshoot production infrastructure independently\n\nGood to have: \nExperience with Django/Python applications\nExperience managing databases, Redis, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Nginx, or similar production systems\nExperience with infrastructure monitoring and centralized logging\n\nSkills\nAWS, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, OWASP, OpenSearch,
