Social Media Manager

We're looking for Social Media Managers to help us build and grow Instahyre. Over the last couple of years, Instahyre achieved fantastic traction in the market with a lean team, with hundreds of customers ranging from the fastest-growing startup-like Swiggy, PhonePe, and Postman, to the world's largest corporations like Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, Intel and more.

The role:

• Event marketing: manage and market events like hiring drives, conferences and webinars events working with cross functional teams
• Community management: marketing of leadership podcasts, webinars, product launches, and anything new, via newsletters, email marketing, social media marketing etc. for both users and enterprise clients
• Social media marketing: conceptualization and execution of social media marketing
• Program management: collaborating with cross functional teams from marketing, sales, customer success, product marketing to launch and execute events

Expectations:

• At least 1 year of experience working in online marketing or growth hacking
• Excellent program management skills
• Freshers are welcome to apply as well
• Creativity in thought and a helpful, collaborative bent of mind
• Demonstrate editing and writing skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work on deadline on multiple projects
• Experience working with remote teams and collaborative software appreciated
