Territory Manager-Franchisee

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead Generation & Sourcing: Find prospects via events, data mining, referrals,
• networking, and cold outreach.
•  Prospect Qualification: Evaluate potential franchisees' capability, credibility, and
• commitment.
•  Sales & Negotiation: Present the franchise model, explain the value proposition, and
• close deals, meeting acquisition/revenue targets.
•  Onboarding & Training: Manage the full process from documentation to initial
• training and support.
•  Strategy & Reporting: Develop growth strategies, provide market feedback, track
• competitors, and report on performance.
•  Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams
• Essential Skills & Qualifications:
•  Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
• preferred).
•  Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service
• industry.
•  Skills: Negotiation, communication, relationship building, strategic planning, data
• analysis, and strong presentation.
•  Attributes: Self-discipline, ambition, goal-orientation, and willingness to travel.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA

preferred).

 Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service

industry
