In this role, you will connect with local businesses, introduce them to Instawork’s platform, and support them through the onboarding journey.\nIf you enjoy speaking with people, are confident on calls, and want to build a strong foundation in sales, business development, and partnerships, this opportunity is a great starting point.\nKey Responsibilities\nMake60+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads\nIntroduce Instawork’s platform and explain its value proposition to business owners and decision-makers\nGuide potential partners through the onboarding process and help them get started on the platform\nMaintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM systems\nAchieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining quality interactions\nCoordinate with internal teams to hand over qualified leads for further engagement\nShare market feedback, lead quality insights, and common objections to improve outreach strategies\nRequirements\nExcellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, or Hindi)\nStrong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail\nPrior calling or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\nCompensation & Benefits\nEarn upto ₹55,000 per month.\nBase Stipend: ₹30,000 per month\nPerformance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month based on target achievement\nPerks & Benefits:\nOpportunity for full-time conversion based on performance\nFree lunch and snacks provided daily\nCollaborative team culture and vibrant office environment\nHands-on exposure to business development and sales operations\nStrong career growth opportunities in Business Development, Partnerships, and Operations\nOur Values \nEmpathy, Trust & Candor\n We put ourselves in the shoes of our colleagues and customers and don’t shy away from uncomfortable conversations, instead building trust through honest and direct feedback.\n\nBias for Action\n We practice high-velocity decision-making, clear-eyed that we often operate with incomplete information.
