This role demands strict control, zero tolerance for mismatches, and complete documentation discipline.\nNo inventory movement is allowed without entries, and physical stock must always tally with records.\n (Morning Shift - 7 am to 4 pm; Evening Shift - 4 pm to 2 am)\nKey Responsibilities\n1. High-Value Inventory Ownership\nTake complete ownership of high-value devices and accessories.\nEnsure serial-number-level tracking for all devices.\nMaintain zero loss and zero undocumented movement.\n2. Inward Inventory Management (IT → Inventory)\nReceive devices and accessories from the IT team.\nVerify:\nQuantity\nSerial numbers\nPhysical condition\nRecord all inward movements immediately in:\nManual registers\nGoogle Sheets\nEscalate any mismatch, damage, or discrepancy without delay.\n3. Outward Inventory Management (Inventory ↔ Field Ops)\nHand over inventory from:\nInventory to Field Ops (FO)\nField Ops back to Inventory\nEnsure no item goes out without prior entry.\nCapture details including:\nItem name and serial number\nFO name / ID\nDate and time of handover\nExpected return date\nAvoid all verbal or informal handovers.\n4. Returns, Reconciliation & Control\nReceive returned inventory and re-verify serial numbers and condition.\nUpdate return entries on the same day.\nPerform daily reconciliation between:\nPhysical stock\nGoogle Sheets\nItems with Field Ops\nTrack overdue or missing items and follow up proactively.\n5.
