As a Supervisor,\nyou will manage a team of Data Collectors, ensure shift productivity and quality targets are met,\nand submit all required reports on time.\nYour specific shift timing and location will be confirmed during the interview process based on\ncurrent requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee shift operations for a team of Data Collectors at the assigned location\nMonitor productivity and quality in real time throughout the shift\nCollect the next day's task list from the client before the stipulated time and coordinate with\nthe Team Lead\nEnsure demo recordings are submitted on time per the daily schedule\nFlag quality issues immediately to the Trainer and Team Lead\nMaintain shift attendance log and real-time productivity tracking\nSubmit SOD, MOD, EOD, and Inventory reports for the shift\nCoordinate with the Inventory Manager on device availability and equipment issues •\nSupport replacement of underperforming Data Collectors in coordination with the Team\nLead\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum 1 year of experience in floor management, team handling, or operations\nsupervision\nGraduate preferred - 10+2 minimum\nNot a fresher - prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is mandatory\nComfortable working for morning, afternoon or night shifts\nStrong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple tasks simultaneously • Comfortable\nwith report writing and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or similar)\nExcellent\ncommunication and team management skills\nPunctual and reliable - must be present for the full duration of the shift\nWhat We Offer\n₹27,500 gross monthly salary\nPerformance-based shift incentives based on team productivity\nStructured reporting framework with full Team Lead support\nGrowth opportunity within a scaling AI data collection operation\nOur Values \nEmpathy, Trust & Candor\n We put ourselves in the shoes of our colleagues and customers and don’t shy away from uncomfortable conversations, instead building trust through honest and direct feedback.\n\nBias for Action\n We practice high-velocity decision-making, clear-eyed that we often operate with incomplete information.
