Our commitments to inclusive excellence, intercultural agility, individualized learningand enduring impact are present in every aspect of our programs.\nLearn more about IFSA at https://www.ifsa-butler.org/\nIn this position, your responsibilities would include:\nSupport student integration and well-being through regular check-ins, appreciative advisingand responding to student’s needs timely. \nAssist with planning and delivering extra-curricular activities, excursions, and orientation events andnewsletter. \nContribute to academic processes such as course registration and learning plan consultations. \nMaintain accurate student records and assist with administrative tasks in Salesforce. \nParticipate in emergency response protocols and student incident management (no emergency phoneduties required). \nCoordinate housing arrangements before and throughout the semester.\nRequirements, Work Experience and Education\nA current university student \nStrong English language proficiency, overseas experience preferred .\nExperience in study abroad or life overseas \nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nEnthusiasm for IFSA’s mission and commitment to inclusive excellence. \nAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. \nAbility to engage with and support students with diverse backgroundand experiences. \nGeneral knowledge of university system and student life \nLegal right to work in China.\nWe know there are great candidates who won’t check all ofthese boxes, andwe also know you might bring important perspectives, experiencesand skills that we haven’tconsidered.
