The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience working in development teams in a well-structured environment, is able to use AI for development efficiently and responsibly.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelop web applications, mainly Frontend using React TypeScript, including tech design, code reviews, testing, holding internal demos, investigate and fix production bugs\n\nParticipate in UX design as an engineer\n\nContribute in improving our CI/CD pipeline and auto test coverage when needed\n\nBe part of a high speed, high ownership, strong tech culture team\n\nUse AI heavily (mainly Claude) to increase efficiency while keeping full ownership of the code and solutions you deliver\n\nWhat you will need to know/have:\nAble to tech-design small software changes, e.g. adding a small feature to a web application\n\nComfortable to develop software using any leading AI solution\n\n2-4 years of experience working in software development teams as a developer, developing web applications\n\nGood knowledge of React, TypeScript as well as Frontend development good practices\n\nExperience writing automated tests (unit, integration, or end-to-end)\n\nBasic knowledge of web application backend and cloud infrastructures and willingness to occasionally work in Backend with Node, Java or Kotlin\n\nFluency in English\n\nIt would be a bonus if you also had:\nCompetence to develop web application backend or cloud infrastructure (AWS) is nice to have\n\nExperience with accessibility (WCAG) or design systems\n\nExperience with our React stack: TanStack Query, TanStack Router, React Hook Form with Zod, i18next.\n\nExperience with Angular\n\nGet in on all the awesome at Instructure!\nWe offer competitive, meaningful benefits in every country where we operate.
