You'll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Engineering, and G&A teams to source, screen, and hire the best talent for our US openings.\nWhere and when you'll work.\nThis is a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You'll work 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Philippines time. That schedule covers the US Eastern business day and most of the Mountain and Pacific days, so you can talk with hiring managers and candidates live. The overlap shifts by one hour when the US changes its clocks in March and November.\nWhat you'll do.\nManage the full recruiting lifecycle\n\nTrack candidates and hiring activity in Ashby, our applicant tracking system (ATS)\n\nWork with hiring managers at all levels to define hiring needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills\n\nBuild sourcing strategies for every role, with a focus on passive candidates\n\nScreen and interview candidates, then refer the strongest to hiring managers\n\nHire the right candidates, not just fill positions\n\nPartner with hiring managers on offers, including compensation recommendations, approvals, and closing candidates\n\nTake on other work-related duties as assigned\n\nWhat you'll need.\nHave at least four years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience\n\nHave experience with an ATS, ideally Ashby\n\nHave recruited for US roles, ideally while working from APAC or EMEA\n\nBe comfortable working US hours and partnering with US hiring managers\n\nSource passive candidates with creative strategies, tools, and channels\n\nUse AI tools to source candidates, screen them, and write outreach\n\nManage and prioritize multiple searches independently, and stay flexible when priorities change\n\nCommunicate clearly in writing and in conversation\n\nTake initiative on work no one has assigned yet\n\nWork well on your own and with others\n\nWe've always believed in hiring the most awesome people and treating them right.
