And that's where you come in:\nWe are hiring for a Product Manager, Content\nAs a Product Manager, Content, at Instructure, you'll help bring our mission to life: elevate student success, amplify the power of teaching, and inspire everyone to learn together. You'll own the content for the Mastery Predictive Assessment and Mastery College Prep Assessment by Instructure. That means setting the roadmap, keeping assessment quality high, and working directly with district leaders who rely on the results. You'll use your full product toolkit to shape strategy, find new insights, and drive execution.\nWhat you will be doing:\nOwn the content strategy and roadmap for the Mastery Predictive Assessment and Mastery College Prep Assessment, balancing near-term wins with long-term goals to drive adoption and growth\n\nPartner with psychometricians and content experts to keep assessment quality, reliability, and validity high\n\nMeet independently with high-profile customers, including district superintendents, to build trust, gather feedback, and explain product direction\n\nHelp district leaders understand and act on assessment results\n\nBase decisions on customer insights and data, and build the business case behind them.\n\nWrite clear user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect customer, competitive, and technical needs.\n\nWork with product, content, engineering, data, support and go-to-market teams to build assessment content at scale and release with confidence.\n\nPartner with marketing and sales to position assessment content in the market.\n\nHere's what you will need to know/have:\nExperience in product management, with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience\n\nProven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than authority, particularly in matrixed or cross-functional environments, and to build alignment across teams to deliver against goals\n\nDeep assessment experience, with a strong understanding of how assessments are designed, built, and used in K-12 settings\n\nWorking knowledge of basic psychometrics, including reliability, validity, and how to read and explain score data\n\nAbility to meet independently with critical, high-profile customers and represent Instructure with sound judgment, without bringing risk to the business\n\nAbility to influence and build alignment between different teams and functions to successfully execute your roadmap and deliver against goals\n\nExperience incorporating AI tools and models across the product lifecycle - from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration\n\nStrong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics\n\nBe highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong business acumen\n\nDeep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nExperience with a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration\n\nGet in on all the awesome at Instructure!\nWe offer competitive, meaningful benefits in every country where we operate.
