This position will also work closely with other departments, employees and vendors to resolve issues and assist in accounting projects as needed.\nResponsibilities:\nReviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.\nPrints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.\nDistributes signed checks as required.\nPrepares garnishment checks per reports from payroll.\nAnswers all vendor inquiries.\nMaintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.\nAssists Corporate Financial Officer, Controller and branch personnel as necessary.\nPrepares cleared checks for storage.\nAssists in monthly closings.\nPrepares analysis of accounts, as required.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience:\nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh School diploma/GED\n2 years business or medical office experience. \nPreferred Skills and Competencies:\nKnowledge of Dynamics AX or comparable software.\nStrong data entry skills.\nExtremely attentive to detail.\nGood organizational skills.\nPhysical Requirements:\nGeneral Office Environment, may sit for long periods of time.\nInsulet started in 2000 with an idea and a mission to enable our customers to enjoy simplicity, freedom and healthier lives through the use of our Omnipod® product platform.
